Hello, looking for MF and residual on a retired loaner 2020 xDrive28i (dealer's stated mileage is 21 though I wonder if that's possible). Considering 36/12k, 24/12k --how does RV change if I increase or decrease miles? Turning in my 3rd consecutive BMW lease so qualify for loyalty and wondering about any other current incentives. Zip is 94609

I don't understand why the payment is still so high? Maybe the salesperson is messing with residual or money factor. Here is what I have so far: This is for s 2020 X1 xdrive in 95123: MSRP: 44945 they have discounted it to 36945 (that includes rebates and their discounts) 36 month lease at 12k per year with $3500 drive off, payment is $505. I'm trying to get payment at $400 or close to it. What do you think?

The X1 has low residuals, so you'll never get a "great" payment. It's also likely the dealer is marking up the money factor.
Hi, do you have numbers for October yet? I'm being offered the following: 2020 X1 sDrive (retired loaner with 2775 miles on it) for a 36/12:
MSRP $40,045 Sale price $34,499 Rebate -$1,000 Net cap cost $33,499 Residual 0.56 MF 0.00139
Fees (paid up front) $1,106.65 + first month's payment In my zip of 94609 they're quoting payments of $447.91. I get $420.98.
I'd like to continue to work the deal but I also know they're marking up the money factor --EVERY dealer I've contacted so far in Northern California has quoted 0.00139. Do you have any suggestions about that?
Ideally, I'd like the $1,500 loyalty rebate (I'm turning in a lease) and the national MF of 0.00099 if they're still available. I'd also like to make sure they waive some curb rash on two of my wheels and I have one more payment (<$380) due on my current lease due 10/7 that I'd also like to be forgiven if I buy this week. Are these reasonable asks?

I'm sure that the lack of inventory is allowing dealers to play hard ball with the MF and discounting. Not sure what your options are - shop in SoCal?
In a normal selling environment, your asks are reasonable. But, this is anything but normal.

Thanks for that advice. I have been offered the following, would love to know if I'm missing something crucial:
2020 X1 sDrive (retired loaner ~4,000 miles), 36/12 MSRP $41,945 Adj cap cost $33,277 Residual 56% Buying down their marked up money factor (0.00122) to 0.00087 with 7 MSDs sales tax 9.25% Monthly payment of $350.99
Total drive off, including MSDs = $3,500. I have one more payment on my current lease so they're offering to credit $300 back to me at signing so I'd actually just pay the $2800 in MSDs plus $400 drive off. They're also going to forgive the curb rash on my wheels.

The marked up MF isn't good, but your result is good. That might be the best deal we've seen on a 2020 X1,

Hi Everyone, I know this is a forum for lease - but I am looking at purchase. I am not always great with numbers so I would appreciate any feedback on the below offer and what I could say back to make this better:
MSRP Retail - $45150 Discount - $3000 Sale Price- $42150 Total Finance Aftermarkets- $299 Net Trade Allowance - (- $7700) Total Taxes - $ 2746.25 Total License and Fees $353 $ealer Conveyance Fee $799 Total Cash Price $$46346.25 Rebates $2500 Amount Financed $36147.25
Total Monthly Payment (Zero Down other than Trade) - $648.64
Total Savings (so they say)- 5500
Also- I was told to add the wheel and tire protection but they say I can’t do that without paying for the entire warranty $2,581- true??
Thanks so much to anyone who can provide some feedback!!!

$3000 off seems decent, but of course, they've added an $800 fee of no value, and "aftermarkets" of $300 (something else of dubious value?). That makes the effective discount just $1900.
Only you know if your trade-in allowance is a good one.
Aftermarket insurance policies for tires/wheels are generally a bad buy, in any case. Since you are owning, rather than leasing, it is almost always better to pay for those items as they occur.
