    First payment and registration is all you should give at signing, everything else should be rolled into in the monthly payment. I believe Mazda is running a promotion this month where they will pay the first payment, at least where I live.

    Hello, thanks for helping me in these forums before. Just wanted to share that I just signed my first lease ever for a Mazda 3 Sedan Select AWD in Machine Grey Metallic, 36/10k.

    The monthly payment came out to be $332 tax included (tax is 11% where I live). No down payment or upfront fees. What do you think of it? I am open to feedback even if I didn't do well.
