Does anyone know anything about GAP insurance being offered by Lexus on leased vehicles? When inquired, the Lexus manager said all new LEASED vehicles have gap insurance included through manufacturer in monthly price but cannot provide it in writing. He said it is commonly known that even though it is not in writing, it is included in price on leased vehicles. Any thoughts on accuracy?

Furthermore, has MF/RV and incentives changed any due to current situation with Coronavirus?

Be interesting to see which dealers are able to adapt to the concept of "social distancing". The VW dealer where I leased my Jetta a few years back sent an email, stating they would bring the car, and the paperwork, to your house for signing and delivery.

Hi Michaell, After i signed my deal and got home , I noticed the agreed price was bumped up by $1000. Sales rep said it was an incentive given to dealer. Hmmm!!!!
Agreed price was $51700 but lease says $52700, But monthly payment stayed to what we agreed on. Seems sneaky!

Previously (up until yesterday March 31), from my experience, dealers usually had Premium MSRP around $57.5-58K and Luxury MSRP around $67-68K.

Additionally, has Lexus added any other incentives for Lease/Finance on Premium & Luxury in addition to what they had before.

We don't track MSRP pricing, but increases are usually in January. It would be vary rare for a make to adjust MSRP of vehicles that are already on the lot..
