    The MF we quote is the base rate for top tier credit; can't go lower than that.

    Rarely do Toyota dealers mark up the MF.

    Thanks for helping. The internet sales manager I spoke too did claim that he was unable to use the low MF with dealer cash. But I've spoken to other dealers in my area who don't seem to have an issue with it.

    Only reason I'm interested is because he's come close to a decent price.
