What is the adjusted cap cost?
Once you have that number, we can evaluate the deal.

WA taxes the monthly payment for a lease, not the selling price.

Is it true that dealers in NorCal are not able to do MSDs?

I’m wondering because a dealer at first told me that MSDs would increase the monthly payment, then told me that MSDs aren’t done in California, and then finally stated that it can’t be done right now since the MF of .00165 is a special incentive from Toyota.

That last one sounds more believable, since the MF is lower than what I’ve seen in some other areas right now, but the series of explanations doesn’t give me confidence in trusting them.
