2) When do the lease offers expire?

3) About 10 years ago when I went to a dealer to help my friend lease an Audi, the salesperson told me that Audi only residualizes the base price (i.e. price excluding options) and that he'd have to finance 100% of the options in the lease. In other words they were treating the options as if they were dealer installed accessories and the leasee would have to finance the entire cost of them. So I'm wondering if that residual percentage covers the bottom line price including the premium plus package or if I'd have to finance 100% of the premium plus package in the lease?
