With this they said that they have to mark up the money factor from 0.00025 to 0.00125 otherwise they are selling the car to me below invoice and not making any money from the lease if they give me the September money factor. Is that correct or should I look at another dealer?

I wouldn't accept any offer that includes a marked up MF. Keep shopping.

A6 55 MF is .00025 for September.

I went to dealer today to check the vehicle, it's a really nice one, but I am not so sure about going from SUV to Sedan. The residual is horrible but makes up with lease cash and discounts.

I don't have any info on Costco. But, it seems unlikely there will be a further discount from the dealer, on top of the 10%.

We don't track pricing, but with such a large amount of incentives, I can't imagine they are moving that quickly.
