The acquisition fee is normal, and not negotiable.

You can structure the lease any way you want - I suspect the $985 is to make the total out of pocket a nice round number, and to lower the payment.

They just took down the passport offer which was $259/mo for 39 months.
CRV is still there $249/mo for 39 months with $1000 bank fee + Doc/Dmv/Tax+1st month.

Loyalty included, so if we don't have a honda, plus $500, divide by 39 + interest rate?

Looking at the fine print, the $995 bank fee tells me this is a 3rd party bank or CU that is funding the lease. We don't have their programs to confirm any of the numbers.
