    I have gone over the numbers that you were sending Augustine and I am at a loss. No way mthat I put your number in the computer does it come out to the payment that you have suggested. If I was to sell it for 28,000 minus the 1220 in lease cash the payment with tax and no money down is $332.73 in Pa. Like he said though< we can’t sell it for that. The best price I can give on this vehicle is $29,240 minus the $1220 lease cash. The payment at those numbers are $370.44 with no money down. For every $1000 you put down it will drop the payment $28. If you have any question please don’t hesitate to contact me. Stay safe and hope to hear from you.

    Trying to get feedback on this deal. For the above listed deal I had the payment calculated at $314 a month with tax(9% in PA). The MSRP was 30,705 and I had the deal at 28k selling price. The MF I used was the same listed above(.00012 and 56% Res) for 36/12.
    I used Leasehacker calculator to get the monthly number. I used to do it myself.
    Please let me know feedback if I'm off.

    Oh and I WAS NOT including drive of costs in my no money down. So they would still need to be paid with my payment of $314.

    How is lease cash used in regards to Cap Cost? So they discount the car off MSRP a certain amount, then do you take the lease cash off or would that be used in the discount off the MSRP? Or does it depend how they do it?

    Yes, negotiate a discount from MSRP, then the lease cash is a rebate that is applied as a CAP cost reduction.

    That doesn't mean they won't quote you a price with the lease cash already deducted.

    Mazda Credit recently moved from Chase to Toyota, so I'm not sure.

    With Chase, they could markup by .00050. But, don't know their rules with TFS.

    For a Toyota, they do not. That doesn't mean it is the same for Mazda
