    Hi, I just received the following offer from the dealer. This is for a 2020 CX-5 GT (FWD) with Premium Package at 36/12.

    Aside from the $995 in aftermarkets does everything else look accurate? I know this doesn't show the capitalized taxes and fees, but they provided those on a previous quote and I'm less than a $1 off from their payment calc, so I wasn't too worried about those at the moment. I mainly wanted to double check that they're including all of the incentives and rebates I qualify for.

    Currently in a Mazda lease. Zip is 89139.

    The calculations look okay.
    The $1500 in rebates is from loyalty, I guess?

    The $3000 discount is effectively reduced by $1000 in extras, plus a $600 doc fee. Reducing the effective discount to $1400 (though, I guess you could give some value to window tint).

    Given all that, the deal is reasonable.

    Yeah, from what I gathered it was $500 lease cash + 1st month's payment + dealer incentives to make up for lack of lease pullbacks from Chase since Mazda has changed finance companies since our initial leases began.

    The tint is the only thing that we were ok with, but they're firm on leaving that stuff in. We knew this from 1st lease experience with them.

    The other dealer in town was able to get me to $375 with $0 cash due. I'm waiting on the detailed lease breakdown from them, but when I factored in the $1000 down (matching the quote above), the $375 dropped to $345 from my calculations.

    Appreciate the feedback. Will follow up once we figure out what we want to do. At this point we just need to decide whether we're grounding our current lease or trading in.
