    I got the following offer, and 3 different lease calculators show a much lower payment.

    2020 CX-30 AWD
    MSRP: 24,600
    Sale price: 23,910
    36 months, 12k miles
    Downpayment: 2,000

    Residual: 60
    Acq fee: 650
    Govt fees: 478
    Taxes: 1,250 (10% sales tax here)

    Total initial payment: 2318
    Adj residual: 14,760
    Monthly payment: 318

    Lease calculators show payments from $270 to $294. What am I doing wrong?

    Lease calculators show payments from $270 to $294. What am I doing wrong?

    If you are getting different numbers from different lease calculators, then there are some input problems.

    Also, tax in WA is collected each month on the payments, not as a lump sum. If you are entering in your $1250 number on the calculator, that is probably giving you a bad output.

    MSRP $26,345

    $2738 in rebates/cap cost reduction

    Monthly payment estimated to be $330-$339 with $1,000 down.

    Also, no incentives that I see

    Ask the dealer which bank they are using for their lease quote - could be a local bank or CU.

    That is correct, so the MF is either marked up for greed or because they haven't run your credit yet.
