Other than the mentioned add-on, I don't see any issues. The numbers are all correct (though we show .00051 for the MF, not .00050).
And, the calculations are also correct.

Basically, an all-in cost of $199/mo. Cheap transportation.

Do you get a rebate from the state, afterwards, as well?

You may find that on vehicles with large incentives/discounts, the lease price doesn't get any better with the longer term.

One-pay cuts the MF down to effectively zero (.00001) and comes out to at least $1k in savings over the course of the loan based on recent deals I've seen - maybe that's not "much money," but compared to the cash sitting in a bank account and losing money against inflation, I'd say that's a much better return.

Plus, paying ~$5-7k upfront (depending on trim, taxes, etc) to not have to worry about any payments for 3 full years on a brand new electric car? Priceless.
