With the base MF so low to begin with, a one-pay really won't save you much money.

One-pay cuts the MF down to effectively zero (.00001) and comes out to at least $1k in savings over the course of the loan based on recent deals I've seen - maybe that's not "much money," but compared to the cash sitting in a bank account and losing money against inflation, I'd say that's a much better return.

Plus, paying ~$5-7k upfront (depending on trim, taxes, etc) to not have to worry about any payments for 3 full years on a brand new electric car? Priceless.

Agreed... the single pay savings is definitely worth it.

The numbers are exact.

I don't know the market, but $3000 off MSRP seems reasonable. The only way to get a better deal is to get a bigger discount.

It's an LT in Kinetic Blue with with the Comfort and Convenience Package, Driver Confidence I and II Packages, DC Fast Charging, Black Bow Ties, and a Cargo Net. MSRP $40,475. Dealer Price $36,499. Then I picked up $500 in Chevy Military Veteran Discount, $8500 Manufacturer's Rebate, $3000, Coscto Rebate. Net Cost = $24,499.

I liked the Kia Niro's style a bit more, but at this the price I picked this one up, it's tough to be an EV with this much range.

I got quoted back from the dealer. They put the residual at 47%, MF is same. Do you know any reason for difference in residual or are they not using Captive lender?

47% is for 36/15; they aren't making the adjustment for 10K. Have them double check their numbers.
