    Thanks I got a decent deal...
    MSRP 39,466 sticker LT
    After all lease discounts I could muster and choosing a one pay MF of 0.00001 (just don’t total it as all prepayment is lost) total cost for 36/10 off lot is 7980 or, Which works out to 221 per month All in, zero drive off. NJ has no sales tax on ev which helps a lot. NJ also has a generous 5,000 rebate on ev with > 200 mi range which saves additional 138 per month. Final cost to me $86.66 Per month all in.

    With a little more careful negotiation I think I could have gotten it to 200 per month. They got me with the purchase neg price vs lease neg price split... they got 1400 more than the depreciation. (Finance and tax essentially zero for this lease)

    I read on LeaseHackr that GM dropped the residuals for the Premier down to 50%, hopefully that's not the case. Also, if dealers in my area are publishing a $8,500 customer cash which doesn't match what you reported do you know why that would be?

    I ended up leasing the car with a dealership in out-of-state at the end of November and am having the car shipped to me for $825. After factoring the shipping cost I'm saving about $46 a month from the lowest offer I received from local dealers.

    Bolt EV LT w/ driver confidence 1 and 2, dc fast charging, and comfort and convenience packages.
    Cajun Red
    MSRP - $40,185
    36/10k
    Residual - 50%
    MF - .00151 (I know they marked this up but the dealer discount was thousands of dollars higher than my local dealers and more than made up the difference.
    Agreed selling price w/ dealer discount (not including rebates) - $32,570
    Gross Cap after adding in Acq fee, dealer fee, and sales taxes - $35,040.62
    Rebates - $11,789 (Lease cash, Costco, lease loyalty, and $1539 on my GM rewards)
    Monthly price - $163.92 with tax.
    Due at signing - $343.47 (1st month and tag transfer)
