I come up a few hundred short - I'd ask the dealer for the breakdown, just so we know there isn't anything shady the dealer is trying to slip in.

Overall, it's not a bad deal, relative to MSRP, but the more we know, the more certain we can be of that opinion.

Where is this dealer located? 13% is great, but know that 5 series have a lot of competition this year from E450, A6, even Japanese brands are in the pot now because 5 got a bit disconnected steering feel according to reviews, so it seems like 10% is norm 13% is pretty good especially with 141 doc fee!
