@alex1973 That $3,100 / 36 months is extra $86 a month on top of $699 = $785 a month in essence. Have them reduce the down payment to make it an attractive deal.

Each MSD is the amount of the payment. Are you only making three MSDs? In any case, the deposit wouldn't add up to $5000, since that isn't a multiple of the payment amount. Please clarify
@kyfdx On document it says security deposit of $5,250. From my understanding that is the MSD. Does that help?
Also, you mentioned 3 x amount of payment, does that mean $750 x3? Either way I will get that back either way, right?
7 X $750 should result in a reduction of .00035 on the money factor. Appears they've marked up the money factor by .00020, before giving you the reduction (extra revenue for the dealer.... $15/mo higher payment for you)

Bank does get the tax credit.
Key word in your statement is could. They don't have to; what BMW has done is use the same RV for the PHEV as they do for the gas engine models. For many PHEV's and EV's, the RV is often much lower, but has some sort of pass through of the tax credit, as an incentive.

Original MSRP 63,350 Discounted MSRP 57,700 Residual 59% Rebate 2500 (1750 + additional std. employee) Day 1 fee $2000 (0 down but included doc/registration fee etc.) Money factor 0.00122 --> they weren't willing to budge on this. 36/10 lease coming to ~700/month
