Does anyone know if Lexus allows you to pre-pay mileage overages at the beginning of the lease at a lower rate? Say if you wanted an 18,000mi lease or will they do 18,000mi outright? If outright, how much does it hit residuals vs 15k/yr?

You can definitely do the higher mileage upfront. It reduces the residual by cents/mile. Not certain if it's cheaper than paying at the end, but I'll guess that it is. We don't know the number, however.

Also, since I want to give...I know for Mazda you can buy miles at $0.10/mile up front vs $0.15/mile at turn in. Hopefully that information is useful for someone in the Mazda forums. Their tables only go up to 15k/yr.

Just a point of reference for anyone interested - I received a quote from a Lexus dealer today on a 2021 IS350 F Sport AWD MSRP $48K. Around $670/month with fees and first payment due upfront. Absolutely absurd for a car of this price. They are selling the car at sticker with the only discount being the $750 incentive and jacking up the MF. Very, very poor deal. Hope this helps!
