    Subtract $0.25/mile from the calculated residual, to get an adjusted residual (lower).

    Could you please post the RV, MF, and incentives for 2021 X3 M40i 36/10 (and 36/12) zip code 91364.
    Also the car is a demo so if you have the mileage adjustment rates (0.25/mile or 0.30/mile) that would be splendid.

    Any drive off amount? I know you say $0 down (not sure if that is just referring to a cap cost reduction), but are you paying the acquisition fee or any other dealer fees or upfront taxes at signing?

    Hello, my first post here, need advice for a 2021 X3 M40i lease deal I am negotiating in IN area. Every dealer I have talked to 1) does not give more than 2-3% discount on MSRP max 2) MF I get quoted is 0.00093 base + dealer markup 0.0004 for a total of 0.00133. Residual at 56%. With 2250 in incentives. Obviously this makes my payments not very attractive with $0 down.

    Is this reasonable? It's a custom build. Thanks! I went in showing them a draft I did with at least 10-11% off MSRP
