I don't see the following information:
1. Acquisition fee of $925
2. Adjusted cap cost (but, if they are using the base MF, then the ACC should be roughly $45,500 for that payment)

Ask them for a quote that only has you paying $1250 out of your pocket, not $3000.

We recommend, in CA, that you pay only the first payment and DMV costs at signing, and roll everything else into the monthly payment.

The 36/10 residual is 56%; 53% is for 36/15.

Confirm what mileage they are quoting you for.

And, he's thinking "cap cost reduction", where you are thinking "adjusted cap cost". Clarify that, as well, and get that number from them.

The dealer said it’s for 12k a year/3 years lease. And still say “there is no adjusted cap cost”. And keep trying to ask me financing instead of leasing because they gave 8500 discount. From the first offer with 5k off, 2500 financed rebate they gave: all fees added = 728. Sales tax: 4379.13. For the lease, just text me the payment and keep asking me to go in today to get the deal and the deep discount won’t be offered after today. Lol. Should I look for other dealers? Thank you!

Oh dealer said if 10k a year, it will be about $20 less for monthly payment.

What the dealer doesn't want to disclose is that the price for leasing is not the same as the price for purchase. Any dealer that says there is no adjusted CAP cost on a lease is just playing dumb.

The lease quotes don't seem bad, relative to MSRP, but if the dealer isn't willing to give the details, it will be hard to analyze.

I don't see the following information:
1. Acquisition fee of $925
2. Adjusted cap cost (but, if they are using the base MF, then the ACC should be roughly $45,500 for that payment)

Ask them for a quote that only has you paying $1250 out of your pocket, not $3000.

We recommend, in CA, that you pay only the first payment and DMV costs at signing, and roll everything else into the monthly payment.
