Is there a reason why Hyundai MF is extremely high? with .00130, It's like $100 additional to the monthly lease. Is this something negotiable?

Those are the base rates.

A cheaper way to lease a Palisade, is to pick a different vehicle than the Palisade.

I have an SUV already (2020 Velar R Dynamic i got last month) but my sister is dying to get this SUV. I checked it out and its pretty remarkable for the money. I can only imagine what the GV80 genesis holds as ive yet to see it in person.

Anyways i did the math and a 2021 palisade limited FWD $47k MSRP im going to try and negotiate to $450 a month on a 36/10K deal structure. $0 down and $0 due at signing (true sign and drive) with the dealer making 1st months payment. Essentially asking for $8K off (17% off MSRP) and make dealer give me buy rate MF and full tax credits, assessing only 1.0% L&M fee in lieu of taxes. They were giving me 10% off on the phone and said "thats the most we can do". History has told me to strive for an additional 10% off beyond the classic "thats the most room we have".

She wants the best deal on the palisade on the planet on any vehicle she gets and drive it for less than any other person at a $0 due at signing deal structure. lol just like her brother.

Please let us know how you do. The Palisade has been a difficult vehicle to lease (small discounts, if any, and often a hike to the MF).
