iceman The costco discount ends on 1/4/2021 if you are eligible. This definitely helped me. Suspect money factor and residual do not change. The question is if and what amount lease cash will be available. The dealers in general are not offering as much discount.
I screwed up with sales tax, only had 4%, should be 8.625 so $720 but that sounds higher than it should be anyway.
Where are you getting the $54,026 selling price? Is that your proposal? VS. the dealer's offer of $56,642?
All the numbers I supplied are from the dealer.
You don't have the actual adjusted CAP cost, including sales tax. Your leasehackr calculator is wrong, because you set it at $0 Due at Signing, when the dealer has told you the DAS is $887.
Have the dealer email you a screenshot of the deal off their computer. You have a lot of information, but no way to put it together.

Yeah, I'm very confused. What is adj cap cost. The calculator has the tax levied upfront included in the calculations. It is a sign and drive deal. Here is how I entered it all in the calculator. I set it at capitalize all payments.
I don't use online calculators. I take the actual numbers needed and put them in a spreadsheet where I want them.
This is what they sent me now. These car salesmen are terrible humans. They do everything to hide all the information. Is the Volvo/dealer incentives in the selling price? I don't know how to negotiate that part.
If they are using the base MF, the adjusted CAP cost would be about $55,500. That would include the sales tax and $995 acquisition fee, plus the $389 electronic filing fee. And, also account for the rebate.
Looks like they knocked off about $1000 from your first quote.
Of course, they didn't actually send you the lease paperwork, as there is no mention of the selling price, the acquisition fee or the adjusted CAP cost.
I appreciate all your help dealing with this sales people. How come they always hide that information. Is it my legal right to request the lease paperwork to review and then can I keep negotiating once I receive this information. And the Manufacturer/dealer would be included in the adjusted cap cost or selling price? These 2 numbers confuse me.
I just reread the email he sent with the above quote and he said this: Do the numbers make sense?

No, the dealer doesn't have any obligation to give you time to review the paperwork. Of course, you can insist on it (and, I would), or tell them you'll take your business elsewhere.
You haven't shown us any documents that list the selling price or adjusted CAP.

Yes, 698 for 36/15 for that car is decent. I'm still trying to get lower. They all says low inventory car may be gone if you do not accept. Same crap from them all.

Actually, that last part may have some truth to it. Not sure that production has come back to 100% of pre-pandemic levels. Short inventory favors the dealer in negotiations.

Just an update. Ended up getting this car at the base MF rate of .00157 and Cap Cost of 61719. Volvo must've been pushing more background incentives/rebates to dealers because I shopped a few places today and everyone was willing to negotiate heavily. Thanks for the guidance.
I think January incentives launch today. If so, can someone please provide details on the following: - T6 AWD Mom 7PX - T6 AWD Momentum 6 PX - T8 Inscription 7 PX
