Since you are eligible for loyalty, the only thing the dealer is really offering is a $2000 discount from MSRP.
I certainly wouldn't bother trading out early for a tiny discount, like that.

HOWEVER, they don't seem to want to budge on a MF .00133 ...so they have to make some money somewhere and said by lowering price they up the MF. He did not agree to meet me in the middle.

Sorry, no clue on what an individual dealer might do.. or, not. Unless you are shopping other dealers, you are just negotiating against yourself.

10% off MSRP, lease guy trying to make it up with MF .00133. If it’s .00093 according to lease hackr dealers are allowed to mark up MF but only .00004..? Is that right?
Do I have any leverage with my lease guy?

**I want to use all 7 MSDs which would be .00028
Are MSD‘s complicated to do? If I tell my lease guy I want to do this is there any reason that he’s going to use to stall or try to prevent me from doing it?
Do I wait until we negotiate and finalize all the other stuff before I ask? This guy is a bit of a jerk unfortunately.

The allowable markup is .00040 (ergo, .00133)

MSDs aren't difficult. It does change the back end profit for the dealer, slightly.
7 MSDs = .00035 reduction (.00005 each)

If you are having trouble getting the deal straight now, I surely wouldn't wait to tell them you want MSDs.

Also, it seems your 10% off isn't really 10% off, if it's offset by a money factor markup. If he is a jerk, why not shop elsewhere?

I knew the 10% off would be offset somewhere else. It was a smooth transaction until MF. He wouldn't budge.
Dealers don't seem to be giving that much off now so I thought it might still come out ok.

Sales manager off the bat gave MSRP minus 10% off minus 500 rebate the adjusted cost on the sales sheet
is $67, 221 which I believe is our agreed upon price, right? Lease comes to me with Gross cap $68315 as agreed upon price. $595 difference and can't find that anywhere else. I am certain this is wrong and I cannot get a straight answer yet.
Is the 67k the agreed upon price, that doesn't change (?) and then things get added to that?

This car is in great demand. I lost a deal for my build last week because I lost the allocation spot to another buyer closed first. I don't want that to happen again (my current lease is coming due). It's the end of the month, does that matter and in what way, if I am in middle of negotiating. Do I need to lock in my financing?

I'm thinking I have to get everything really tightened up and at the end tell him I want the MSD's just so he doesn't mess with me on other numbers. He has lied through his teeth re maintenance pkgs.

Wat do you think?
