The MF/RV provided by the dealer in 98121 is 0.0013 and 52%, which didn't match with 0.00093 and 53% residual you gave me. Does it mean dealer did some tricks in them to raise the price? Shall I point out to the dealer? Or it's normal to this case. Thank you very much!

The dealer can mark up the rate by as much as .00040 (.00133 max).

2021 model residual is 53% for 36/10. The dealer cannot alter that. Are you sure they aren't quoting a 2022 model?

Uhh sorry that's my mistake. Can you help me check about the RV for 2022 X5 model in 98121 again? I'd actually like 2022's.

For MF, I think that makes sense if 0.00040 was added to the number, but could you let me know if it's negotiable?
