    Have a deal worked out 36 months 12k on a 21 x5 Xdrive40 MSRP 80,595 7650 off includes 500 lease and 500 military 36 months 6500 down 887 is this a pretty good deal?

    $6500 is a lot to put upfront on a lease. With that payment, it appears they may have marked up the money factor.

    I don't understand why your Total Capital Cost (n), doesn't match your Gross Capital Cost (a)

    Also, in the Amount Due at Signing field, (c) should be $2000, not $3500

    I don't see the MSRP anywhere on this document.

    I agree the MF has been marked up the maximum from the .00086 base

    Thanks. I'm new to leasing - can you explain the Total Capital cost equaling the Gross Capital Cost and why the Amount Due at Signing should be $2,000?

    The MSRP is $65,050.

    2nd section, left hand column: Itemization of Gross Capital Cost
    That is literally how they came up with the Gross Capital Cost. So, it should agree with that amount in the top section.

    2nd section, right hand column: How the amount due at signing will be paid
    Literally, (a) + (b) + (c) = (d)

    The MSRP is $65050 and the Agreed Value is $65,123?
    You are paying OVER MSRP??
