Update - best deal I have found so far is on a 2021 X5M Comp @ $124,875 MSRP: $3,000 drive off at $1,733/month. My quest continues...now searching up to 100 miles outside of my location...lol.

As a quick note to other users of this forum, if you are able to put a deal together and willing to share some details of that transaction, I know it would benefit me personally and probably others. Right now I am not having much luck getting my local south OC California dealers to move past a few percent off MSRP. Referrals for good dealers/agents also appreciated!

I signed a deal on a build X5 X40i (expected delivery in 4-6 weeks)
MSRP:78995
Selling Price:$73,000
15K Miles/Year - 36 Months Lease.
MF .00086 / Residual 52%
First Payment $1515 (includes first month,doc fees,registration,plates)
35 Monthly Payments of $1090 (incl of all taxes)
I am in NY
Truth fully speaking i could have saved $10-$15 a month more if i had shopped around but i liked the way a sales manager spoke to me and seriously speaking i did not want to spend any more Time on the deal.I wanted to get it done and i closed the deal on same day.

I could have bought this vehicle for $70,500 after BMW Incentives ($2500 Cash Rebate with 1.9% APR 60 Months) but i decided to lease

There is a new incentive/promo starting Feb 12 that lasts 5 days only for participating dealers. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I am targeting does not have a participating dealer. However, they said if I could get the coupon from another dealer, it would probably work and they would honor the $500 portion of it. Apparently $500 is provided by BMW and $500 from the dealer.

My question is, does anyone know how I can obtain a coupon code? I tried "registering" for the event from a different dealer, but that didn't provide me with one.
