Using the numbers provided, I get $524/mo. If I add the taxes and fees to the selling price, then I'm at $678/mo even.

But, get clarity from the dealer.

All the Dealer has given me is a very basic breakdown of MSRP, Purchase Price, taxes, fees, and monthly payment. They're obfuscating when I ask questions about details which makes me insane and about ready to move on.

Exactly. Keep asking for clarity, and if the dealer keeps refusing, it's likely there is a reason they are doing so.

Finally got my full breakdown from dealer! It seems right on point with my math, but I'd love some feedback before I say yes. This includes $1K loyalty and $1,250 Costco, both are taxable. So net sales price of 49,435 for a 2021 T5 AWD Inscription with Advanced and climate packages, Protection Plus package, park assist, 20" alloy wheels.

Of course, a lower selling price would always be better...
