Not really - I'm seeing more and more members report marked up MF, and dealers using short inventory as the reason. Across all brands.

Yes, MF is marked up the max (base is .00086).

Start by insisting on the base MF; the markup is adding $60/mo to the payment.

And, I wouldn't start a lease with $4000 out of pocket.

If the fees in the second column are part of the gross cap cost, what are the $3900 of upfront charges in the fourth column?

What is the MF and residual for the 2021 Alpina XB7 for 36mo. 12k/yr? It is essentially the same numbers as other X7s? There's usually a draconian residual or MF to seemingly discourage leases with M cars, AMGs etc.. Is that true with the Alpina?

Dealer just quoted me a $0 discount / $0 incentives and used a .00126 MF and a residual of $59,314 on a MSRP of $107,845.

Probably need to change dealer immediately
