    Posting my deal if it benefits others. Live in Dallas metroplex. Ordered a surprise X7 40i for my wife.

    Details:
    - $97K MSRP
    - 4% off MSRP plus $3.5K rebate
    - Purchased outright as opposed to lease; would have gotten the base MF if I leased
    - Got a killer trade in on my wife's 2018 X5 (this really nailed the deal)
    - Amertin metallic exterior
    - Ivory white merino leather
    - Loaded up with all the options except the tow hitch and driver assistance package

    Order goes in today and my sales guy is saying mid March/end of March delivery. We'll see.

    What rebate is that?
    Not sure what the rebate is - the dealer quote qualified it as a rebate and maybe it is trunk money from BMW to the Dealer. I did research if this was published widely and it was not.

    So the X7 40i I built comes out to $91k. The dealer is willing to go down to $1,175/month for a 36/12 and only first payment due at signing. I’m in Texas so this includes taxes. Does this seem like a fair deal or am I missing something?
