    If it helps others I'm sharing my recent lease deal on a 2021 RDX AWD with the Advance package in zip 11743.

    Term/mileage = 36/7500. (I carried forward a bunch of mileage from my previous lease)
    MSRP: $49,225
    Adjust Cap Cost: $43,177 (after $1500 loyalty & $500 incentive)
    Monthly payment: $448
    Total out of pocket: $2780 which included 1st month, taxes and all fees & DMV

    Sales tax: 6.75% (built into lease)
