I read through the leasing 101 and did my initial calculations and was presented the below offer (pic) from the dealership - by running the numbers myself (Based my numbers on 59%, 0.00215 MF.) I think I should be around $487/mo with 0 down. Am I on point with my numbers? Are they really asking for $2500 down be in that bracket? Pardon my lack of knowledge this is the first lease I'm actually trying to get ahead on and be informed. INFO: 07042 zip Montclair NJ , Acura RDX with Tech 36/12k .
I don't get that.. If I take the total on the right, deduct $2500 down from it. I get $477/mo, (vs. the dealer's $484). That's assuming $2500 + 1st payment Due at signing.
If you want a "zero down" quote, ask the dealer for the numbers with just the first payment Due at Signing. Ask them give you the adjusted CAP cost and the money factor used.

He stated that the dealer has "flex cash" that can be applied but the amount varies? Not sure. Going to go there in person.

$499/month with everything rolled in is a good deal. My deal posted would've came out to $499/month if I rolled in my 2.7k DAS
Edit: Nevermind, I thought you were looking at the A-Spec, on the tech, you should be able to do better. I got a quote for $380/month on tech with 2.6k DAS which comes out to $460/month rolled in.

Please you quote $2750 in incentives. I know there is a $1500 loyalty rebate. Is it part of the $2750 in incentives or it's separate from the $2750 ? So that I know what to point out to the dealer.

The $2750 is an Acura to dealer incentive
$1500 loyalty is a consumer incentive, applied as a CAP cost reduction
I probably didn't get the absolute best deal, but I had a lot going on and tried to squeeze in a new car with as little friction as possible. Even so, I thought I'd share since this forum is so useful for information!
