Yes.. for 36/10

The incentive is Acura to dealer, and only requires that the vehicle be leased

I went in for the test drive and ended closing the deal for the AWD ASpec
Monthly Payment: $415
Drive-Off Amount: $2,703 (DMV, Fees, Tax)
Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 7,500 (also 7,500 rolled in from last lease)
Dealership is also paying the last 3 months of my current lease ~1,000, waiving the $350 turn in fee, and covering the bumper damage I have on my current car ~1,300 quote from my trusted repair shop.

I read through the leasing 101 and did my initial calculations and was presented the below offer (pic) from the dealership - by running the numbers myself (Based my numbers on 59%, 0.00215 MF.) I think I should be around $487/mo with 0 down. Am I on point with my numbers? Are they really asking for $2500 down be in that bracket? Pardon my lack of knowledge this is the first lease I'm actually trying to get ahead on and be informed. INFO: 07042 zip Montclair NJ , Acura RDX with Tech 36/12k .

I don't get that..
If I take the total on the right, deduct $2500 down from it. I get $477/mo, (vs. the dealer's $484).
That's assuming $2500 + 1st payment Due at signing.

If you want a "zero down" quote, ask the dealer for the numbers with just the first payment Due at Signing.
Ask them give you the adjusted CAP cost and the money factor used.
