I agree with the math; the only way to improve on this is to negotiate a lower selling price.

I will like to ask a few questions. I have a lease on a 2018 RDX Technology AWD that is due for turn in real soon but is 70% below mileage. Can I swing a deal with Carmax or any other Used car dealer in that category for some equity and still be able to roll over 7500 miles I am supposedly entitled to on a new Acura RDX lease. what is the MF and RV for 2021 Acura RDX Technology AWD 36/7.5k and 36/10k . And new Incentives.

What location is this?

If you have top tier credit, the MF is marked up from .00215.
$2500 lease incentives (which is part of the discount you are seeing from the dealer)
$1500 loyalty

The miles that you didn't use from your existing lease are "rolled over" to the new lease, so even though the lease is written up with the residual for 7500 miles, you are getting 12,000 miles per year.

Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll shop a different dealer.

If you are simply returning the lease, there is no equity for you to realize (though the unused miles are being rolled over, which is something only Acura does).

I'd push back on the MF, however.

Roll over miles aren't going to do you much good, if you only drove 8K/yr on the last lease.

Hi there, can you confirm numbers for a 2021 RDX SH-AWD tech package for 36/10 in 60503?

Think it should be 0.00215 MF, 61% residual, $2500 incentive and $1500 loyalty.

Dealers saying the MF is 0.00225 and one said MSD required to get to 0.00215, other said only returning Acura leasees get 0.00215 - so I'm not sure who to believe. Appreciate any insight.

Dealer is correct - it's worth it to make the one security deposit to get the .00215 MF.

Edmunds TMV might be a purchase price, with a different incentive (not that I have any insight)

But, the $2500 incentive is Acura to dealer, which will be incorporated into any discount or offer.

I was quoted a money factor of .00310 on RDX FWD Tech from an Atlanta, GA dealer. I'm in 30328. I have excellent credit and will be turning in my current MDX lease which is ending. Is this a mark-up of the .00215 base MF that I've seen quoted in other deals on the board, or is this the base for Atlanta / GA? Thanks

Black on black with all season mats and wheel locks. 36/12 trading my 2018 Tech at 39k miles, 6k left in lease. I had 4 payments left at 380.
