It’s a 350 GLE 2021. I have the paper work posted here:
I purchased a 2018 CPO 2 months ago. The car has catastrophic frame damage that the dealership missed during their 150 BS inspection. They did not argue against it and how I found out. The car fax also did not show any damage or accidents. This was my first car loan and they financed me with Wells Fargo as MBF wouldn’t take me. The first 3 days they lied and said I can’t get my down payment (out of pocket) back that I paid for but they’ll buy back my car for the balance of my loan. Again that was a BS, as soon as I mentioned lawyer they run and did the “my manger might be able to help you”. Short story, they reversed the deal completely and I’m getting all my money back including payments.
So then they had this GLE that I wanted so I applied with MBF. Credit score 684 noting negative it’s just the $40k Wells Fargo loan. MBF said we will finance him if only Wells Fargo provides prof that the dealership purchased the car from me. So at this point I felt like I was going to be stuck without a car and so I went with them again. Allowing them to make it better, make it right. The manger says I’ll match what you put out off pocket and discount the cars price. I put $5500 out of pocket and they told me that the car would be discounted to $58900 so this will be the sales price. Then they supposedly said that they’ll give me a discount on the service maintenance which cost me $1650. My payments came out to $800 including tax 36 months and 10k miles.
Im having such a hard time understanding this. I even went back and had them explain it and to be honest, the finance manger rather was confusing me or she did not know what she was talking about. I have my own calculation and it’s showing me that they only applied a $700 discount.

Appears they were able to residualize $1200 of the maintenance plan Basically, they add that amount to the MSRP, raising your residual by $684, making the net cost of the plan $966, instead of $1650.
Of course they marked up the plan price, but overall, a decent deal for you. They also marked up the acquisition fee by $300 (typical of every Mercedes dealer)
They did NOT markup the money factor.
Every other charge appears to be normal and standard. (Well. $99 for phantom footprints is ... ) They DID discount the vehicle by $5510.
Appears they gave you exactly what they said they did.
