    I finally got numbers from the dealer for GLE4504Matic lease.... discount was great 8.75% off from list of $76,515 (negotiated price =$66,951) BUT, the money factor they are using must be way higher than the 0.00164 that keeps getting posted on this forum. Residual for 48 month 7,500 mile lease is 51%. Add-in fees including dealer charges and lease origination are $1,386 and with this, monthly payment comes to $1,029 which is way, way higher than I computed ($787). Assuming they have really marked up the finance / MF as a way to give me a better discount and then try to hide the profit in the lease numbers. Might just call them tomorrow and tell them to write it up as a cash sale and I'll buy the car.

    The salesman tells me that the money factor is set by MB and it is more than 0.00250 - he wasn't sure of exact rate. Any suggestions?

    Tell them you want the base MF or you'll find another dealer.

    8.75% off list doesn't = $66,951. Maybe, that's the issue?
