Hi. I’m in the process of negotiating a lease deal for a new wrangler. I have a Durango with equity to trade in. He’s telling me we need to act fast because CCAP won’t let him buy the car within 30 days of lease end. Smells like BS to me, but would like to hear if it’s true. Thanks for any help.

Every lease has an acquisition fee assessed by the bank, paid up front or rolled into the monthly payment.

For some models, that fee is waived.

Not seen a formal pull ahead program for Jeep.

Check with a second dealer, and see if you get the same answer.

Then, call the bank as well.

The Federal Tax Credit is just that. A tax credit from the federal government. If there are any $7500 credits on a lease, they come in the form of a rebate from the manufacturer or leasing bank. By definition, the bank or manufacturer can't give you a Federal tax credit.

It’s not a link itself but it says the following:

“When financed through Chrysler Capital, not all buyers will qualify. Restrictions apply. See dealers for details. Must take retail delivery by 2021-12-31”.

@WahidH If it's accurate, it's still a rebate. Chrysler Capital can't give you a tax credit. That happens on the 1040 form, when you file your taxes.

Wranglers all have the same MF (the 4xe are different), Look through the couple pages you will find the MF for all lease lengths, the MF for Wranglers hasn't changed in the last few months.
