We do not have the Ally lease programs.

With only first and DMV fees due at signing, that's a great payment, relative to MSRP.

Sorry that was unclear, they are quoting off the MSRP. They did not negotiate from the MSRP. So the quote is off of $36,610. I struggled to get to their quote of "low $500s" for the monthly payment.

Adjusted Cap Cost is 48,353.90 in the quote. Feels like it should be 47,801 to me based on sale price and fees. They are adding in first mos payment to Adj Cap Cost, which seems odd.

Seems doubtful the residual would be the same.
Without knowing if the bank is Chrysler Capital, it would be hard to comment further.
I'll guess there are more fees than what are listed, and that is reflected in the Adjusted CAP

We show .00195 / .00174 for the MF (but, there could be some parameters for "standard" MF that we don't know about.

It seem like Jeep is making more money on the lease, but with the $7500 credit being applied as a cap reduction, it is probably best lease deal you are going to get on a Rubicon unless, you buy a Rubicon with few few options.

Chrysler Capital isn't offering any incentives on the Wrangler, to our knowledge.

The bank gets the tax credit - they are likely passing along to the customer in the form of the high incentive.

The MF rate doesn't seem like it is going through Chrysler Capital (it is lower than 0.00170 which I think is the current rate) , but the residual is in line or near what jeep offers. The dealer has low document fees which nice, I am not sure what the other fees are, depends on what state you live in if that is just required registration, title fees, lease acquisition fees. It could include other dealer add ons.

For the price, a lot of that depends on where you live and how competitive the dealers are. $1000 really isn't that great in my area. Most owner compare prices off of invoice, because that can vary greatly based onto model, a lot option Sport may only have a different of $500 between MSRP and invoice, while some highly option models can be in the $4000 range.

I ordered a 80th Anniversary which very comparably priced to your example ($52k) and the invoice is $2500 below MSRP. I signed up for tread lightly membership ($100) which got me an additional 1% below invoice ~$495 or a net $395. Dealer hold back is 3% of MSRP (this does not destination charge) For mine it was over $1500, I negotiated ~$1100 of that. I ended up 3.5% of invoice and 8% of MSRP. For leases currently it seem like the best deals are 5% off invoice, I am sure some have done better. I would have had to travel to get 5% off invoice. The more you can get off the price, lower your payment is going to be. Another $1000 over 48 months is going to be a little over $20/month cheaper.


One last comment is that I see you are looking at Sahara Altitude. The 80th Anniversary models have almost all the features of the Sahara (the big difference isn't doesn't have the HD brakes). It is $2800 less than a comparably Sahara but with a better residual rate (63% for 48/15) which equates to quite a bit lower lease payments.
