    Hi again--got full details at dealership.

    For 10k/36 months they're offering $3500 out the door, including 1st month payment, then $396 a month including AudiCare. MSRP of $39665 and selling price of $35875. MF .00118 Adjusted cap cost 34,006.89 . Residual 59% This is with $1500 in incentives. I understand that people advise not to put down payments for a lease, but I'm negotiating for my dad and that's what he wants to do. Also we're returning Audi customers if that changes anything.

    Dealer seemed like he wouldn't budge from here--should I press him more? Super grateful to have this forum, thanks!
