new to this site can someone please help us decide.

2021 Demo Vehicle with 8k on it.
Purchase price to take cash is $58,000 out the door.
Lease is $750 per month $7500 down 39 months 10k per year same car.
Isn't the lease too high? How can we know?
The buy out (residual) at the end of 39 months is $34500.

Can someone tell me if it's a good deal to lease instead of full out purchase?

To my knowledge, there aren't any new (or demo) lease programs for any 2021 Porsche.

If this is a CPO vehicle, we don't have those programs available to us.

I would agree that the lease payment is high, given the car is almost 2 model years old.

Probably best just to buy it outright, for that payment.
