The program numbers above don't change with options, but the residual value will be higher as the MSRP increases.

Also, the MRM is $110,100, so if you option the car above that level, you will pay for 100% of the excess coset as part of the lease payment.

I have been quoted a monthly payment of $ 1,175 including taxes and fees with 20k due at signing for car with MSRP $105,200 which we put order now and the car arrives in May (considering rates stay the same). Is this a good deal? Thanks

Porsche has a million possible options, so there is no way I can check the MSRP of a specific vehicle. Ask the dealer to email you a copy of the window sticker.
