    Looking at the fine print, there is $8300 of cap reduction, plus the $1095 acquisition fee - amortize that $9400 over the lease term and the true payment is closer to $1550/mo. Not a great deal - and, you should note that the quoted payment assumes a "dealer contribution" (aka discount), which you may or may not get.

    But, pretty typical for Porsche.
