I doubt residuals are any higher for 2022 than 2021.

May I also ask a reasonable starting point for % off MSRP during this vehicle shortage? I know it’s whatever the dealer is willing to do, but don’t want to start negotiating with an amount that will shut down a reasonable dialogue. And this would be my first lease with BMW.
