Rolled up all fees except first months payment and 502 worth of fees, so 1362 rolled into lease

Adj cap is 40.847

RV is 57% (25920.75)

No cash down/cap cost reduction

Drive off of 999 first months payment and 502 of fees.

Monthly of 497.90 (I calculate about a dollar less).

Is this a good deal and is it accurate? It’s the lowest I could get from any dealer.

That seems like a reasonable deal, relative to MSRP.

If it's the lowest you could get, then that's all you can do.

It doesn't appear that the money factor is marked up.
But, $1500 of extras, plus the acquisition fee marked up by $300.

I don't know what Finishing Touch is, or why you'd pay $495 upfront for a key you may not need.
Drop those, and the deal with $2500 upfront is reasonable.

Nice discount, but they are taking back $1000 of it for "Finishing Touch".

Insist on the base MF, or shop elsewhere. They know what the rate is.

55% is the 15K residual; it's likely they didn't make the adjustment for 10K - dealer cannot alter the RV.

Is $3500 the full amount Due at Signing? Or, is it $3500 plus those other charges?

I get $323/mo plus tax, using the base MF.
That's about $15/mo. less than your quote.

But, $5500 off is a big discount for a $38K vehicle.

That's what I based my calculation on.

I'd estimate the MF is marked up to around .00120, to get that payment.

You can always ask for less.

Yes, it's negotiable. Of course, that doesn't mean that particular dealer will do what you ask.
