    We don't know how GMF handles the residual for a demo. But, it's likely they are marking up the money factor on you, for extra profit.

    And, it's possible they are reading the 36/15 residual off of the chart, which is why they state 53%, rather than the 55% for 36/12.

    Seeing all the numbers on a lease worksheet would help you.

Quoted lease is $399 with $3200 incentive (existing lease + 1200) and $1000 cash voucher. $399 due at sign in. With numbers provided, It doesn't look like I am getting any discount for Demo vs brand new. Is my calculation correct or Am I missing anything? I added 6.6% tax and about $695 in dealers fees.

    Do lease incentives use the dealers zip code? or the registered owner's zip code? The Cadillac site shows the lease incentive for some dealers, but not others and I'm confused if I qualify or not. Thanks

    Also, when adding Plat and or enhanced visibility packages, does this change the programs?
