    Selling price: 45000 . Taxes rolled into payment. $572 flat per month. Out of door: First month payment.

    I'd ask for the adjusted CAP cost.
    NC taxes the payment monthly (3%?), not upfront or "rolled in".

    About $2000 of costs rolled into the lease, though, above $45K, to achieve that payment at the base money factor.
