And what does the $15,000 lease cash refer to? I've seen the $7500 discount (related to fed tax incentive?) and seen another $5250 national customer credit people have talked about (how do I get that, just ask for it?)

The incentives are in lieu of the federal tax credit.

I agree with that payment, using the top tier MF of .00074.

However, I'd skip the $2K down and restrict the upfront costs to just the first payment and DMV fees; you'll still end up with a good payment, relative to MSRP, without risk of losing that up front money if the car is stolen or totaled.

Sorry guys - I am confused. Is it true that an extra mile on a etron lease is just $0.25 per mile (I saw that advertised by two dealers)? That is much cheaper than buying the extra miles. So you would want to go with 7.5k miles per year not matter your annual mileage. Or do I miss anything?

I don't know the charges for extra miles, but I think your math might be off. Remember, it is an annual mileage allowance. The difference between 7.5K/yr and 10K/yr is 7500 total miles.
7.5K/yr to 15K/yr is 22,500 extra miles
