    No, not for purchase.
    There is no Federal Tax Credit for a lessee. The bank gets that credit, as the owner of the vehicle.

    General question for you all after you get this great info from this site. Do you just go straight to your dealer and say "Hey, I know you have $XXXX in lease cash and .xxxx MF, so lets work out a deal from there?" Or do you throw out a number taking the lease cash + tax credit off the MSRP. What's worked for you guys?

    Odd question, I know - but it seems financing is attractive in states where incentives are taxed. Only for guys who have a FED tax liability of >$7.5k/y. Do you know the incentives in 90066 for purchases / finance?
