    Thank you so much kyfdx for all your help. The one thing that I can't find is what a good dealer discount should be for the cap cost reduction. You provided all the other numbers. I seen some dealer discounts as high as 11% but I'm not sure if that includes the other incentives? That is much more than the invoice and dealer hold back if any? What would a good dealer discount be for a 2021 E-tron pp+ 78015 36/12 mile lease?

    I started price a lease on a E-Tron SUV Premium+ 36/15 zip code 48094. I was offered all the rebates. I did the math for the lease payment offered and it looks like the MF equals .00148 or twice .00074. My credit score is excellent. My question is if the MF is negotiable thru the dealership or is it set in stone by Audi financial? Any recommendations one could take to get the MF down to .00074?

    Base MF is .00074 - anything higher, with your credit score, is the dealer marking it up for extra profit.

    Insist on the base MF, or shop elsewhere.
