Either they are using a different bank, or they are marking up the MF.

Ask them which bank - if they say Kia Motor Finance (KMF), then insist on the base MF.

The dealership is using AutoFi, Inc. for there financial services. This is what they sent me. The residual is correct but the MF is off and I’m not sure about how they applied the cash incentive.



No price has been negotiated as of yet.

Any quote for full MSRP is going to be high. Also, it's doubtful that a 24 month term is going to be cost effective, either.

I'll guess this is a KMF lease, and AutoFi is just the software program they use.

The $1900 incentive was used to pay all of the amount due at signing (right hand column, at the bottom)

If AutoFi is using KMF, I would think the MF would be the same as what was quoted to me on this forum unless they are adding something for themselves (I will negotiate this for sure).

I noticed the incentive covered the first month, cap cost reductions and taxes. I just did not know if that is a normal process.

The dealer is permitted to mark up the MF for extra profit.

Insist on the base rate, or find another dealer.

As noted, 24 months is not the ideal term for this lease.

I think AutoFi is just a software program. The chances of another lender having the same incentives is almost nil.

There is no "normal" for how to structure a lease. It's possible they "heard" you say you wanted zero out of pocket or sign and drive.
