Here is the deal I've been presented on a 22 MDX Advance Pkg...waiting on confirmation of MF and residual (zip 77396) but would appreciate thoughts:

Price: $63,495
Adds (Mats, Tint and Locks): $997
Tax: $4,142
Other Fees (title, etc): $376.75
Total: $69,010.75

36/15 Payment of $969 with only that amount due at signing. The quote also references a $750 rebate of some sort.

You are awesome! That is what they told me is the money factor and residual.

No money down, trading in my car which they said has $6k of equity, the lease payment is $689 plus tax.

Are there any SUVs in this segment (Honda Pilot, Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota Highlander, etc. through the MDX, Infinity QX60s of the world) leasing well compared to their peers at the moment? Understanding it’s all relevant to the times we’re in but anything with residuals in the mid 60s with lower MF?

With that payment, the adjusted CAP is likely about $2500 less

Adjusted CAP cost is the same as the "amount financed" on a purchase. It includes everything, minus the amount you are putting upfront.
