Big thanks for all the answers posted in this forum! Can anyone share the price they are getting from the dealer vs the MSPR value? I see on some sites that MDX was selling on average at $4K over the MSPR but now it's about $300 below. In NYC metro area however, I'm getting quotes $1.5-3K over the MSPR still. Wondering if that is accurate. Would metro areas be higher than national average (not factoring taxes here, just MSPR vs selling price). Thank you.

I'm at $786/mo, assuming the sale price is the cap cost.

Pretty close, though.

Anytime the selling price is higher than MSRP, it's not gonna be a great deal.

If you've shopped multiple dealers and this is the best offer you have, not sure there is much else you can do.

You're right, I'm not a guy who likes to pay MSRP, much less $1k over, but I've shopped a lot and this is the best I could get (originally quoted $2k markup and $3.5k in useless add-ons). Thanks for the input you're providing on this forum!

I have not, but I was able to get a little more for my trade (10,186.23 equity now) and have the same deal down to $650/mo with first payment due at signing. I am considering taking the deal, as it is easier to trade my car into them and I also have 15k miles from my current Acura lease to rollover into the new one.
